This disorder is characterized a<b> the relationship of attachment, absent or severely underdeveloped<\/b> between the child and the parent figure. The behavior is constantly inhibited or emotionally withdrawn and when these children are distressed, not looking for the parent to get the solace, nourishment and protection. Is impaired the ability of emotional regulation, show emotional reactions unlikely to be explained, and when they show a negative emotionality are insensitive to the efforts of a caregiver to comfort them. Per questo motivo il disturbo \u00e8 inserito tra i disturbi correlati a trauma e stress. La prevalenza del disturbo reattivo dell&#8217;attaccamento \u00e8 sconosciuta, ma il viene osservato abbastanza raramente nei contesti clinici e soprattutto in bambini che sono stati esposti a una grave trascuratezza prima di essere dati in affidamento o allevati all&#8217;interno di istituti. I bambini affetti da questo disturbo adottano comportamenti di eccessiva confidenza, inappropriati culturalmente, con adulti non conosciuti e non mostrano alcuna reticenza ad allontanarsi con\u00a0loro lasciando i genitori. Per poter fare diagnosi di disturbo da impegno sociale disinibito \u00e8 necessario che il bambino abbia sviluppato la capacit\u00e0 di sviluppare attaccamenti selettivi, per questo non si pu\u00f2 fare diagnosi\u00a0prima del nono\u00a0mese di et\u00e0. Sovente questi bambini hanno vissuto episodi di grave trascuratezza nelle cure primarie e per questo pu\u00f2 associarsi con ritardi nello sviluppo. It is characterized by the presence of <b>characteristic symptoms<\/b>, <b>following the exposure of the subject to one or more traumatic events<\/b> (direct experience or assisted death or threat of death, serious injury, or sexual violence). <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I sintomi del disturbo post traumatico da stress sono vari e la loro presentazione pu\u00f2 differire anche di molto da individuo a individuo. In alcune\u00a0persone infatti sono predominanti i sintomi emotivi collegati alla paura, in altri invece appaiono sintomi come anedonia, disforia e pensieri negativi. In alcuni casi \u00e8 possibile osservare sintomi dissociativi, mentre in altri possiamo trovare una combinazione di tutti questi sintomi. L&#8217;evento traumatico pu\u00f2 essere <b>relived<\/b> in vari modi, comunemente l&#8217;individuo presenta ricordi ricorrenti, involontari e intrusive. Tali ricordi includono componenti comportamentali, sensoriali, emotive e fisiologiche. Un sintomo comune sono sogni spiacevoli che ripetono l&#8217;evento stesso o che sono collegati ad esso. Per i <b>children<\/b> piccoli la riattualizzazione dell&#8217;evento pu\u00f2 apparire durante il <b>game<\/b>. This often results in intense <b>psychological distress or physiological reactivity <\/b>quando l&#8217;individuo viene esposto eventi scatenanti che assomigliano o simboleggiano l&#8217;evento traumatico. Le persone con questo disturbo possono diventare facilmente <b>irascible<\/b> e possono reagire in modo aggressivo con minima o nessuna provocazione. Possono anche adottare un comportamento spericolato o autodistruttivo, come la guida pericolosa o eccessivo uso di alcol o droga, oppure un comportamento autolesivo o suicidar io. The difference between disorder and acute stress and post-traumatic stress disorder is relative to the time of duration of the disorder, in the acute disorder, in fact, the symptoms <b>occur within 3 days from the traumatic event and last for a maximum of one month<\/b>. Bench\u00e9 il disturbo da stress acuto possa progredire verso il disturbo da stress post traumatico dopo un mese, pu\u00f2 anche essere una risposta transitoria allo stress che si risolve entro un mese dall&#8217;esposizione al trauma. The stressful event can be single, for example the end of a romantic relationship), or repeated or continuous (marked difficulties or the economic crisis of the marriage).
